静液传动混合动力车辆控制策略优化

         

摘要

为了提高静液传动混合动力车辆的燃油经济性,在Matlab/Simulink平台上建立了整车动态性能仿真分析模型,建立逻辑门限控制策略参数优化的有约束非线性规划模型,以燃油消耗率为优化目标,以发动机主动充压转矩差值和主动充压压力限值为优化对象,运用多目标遗传优化算法,在不同的循环工况下对静液传动混合动力系统工作模式的选择和能量的分配进行了优化,找到了一组全局最优的控制策略参数.仿真结果表明:优化后的控制策略参数可使发动机更多地在燃油经济性较好的区域工作,提高整车的燃油经济性.将该方法用于离线参数优化,可以大大缩短控制器的实车标定时间.%To improve the fuel economy of hydrostatics hybrid vehicle(HHV),a HHV dynamic simulation model is built up for performance analysis in MATLAB/Simulink.The optimal tuning of these threshold logic control strategy parameters is formulated as a constrained nonlinear programming problem with an objective function minimizing fuel consumption.The engine active pressurized torque difference and the active pressurized pressure limit are the objects of optimization.A multi-objective genetic algorithm(GA) optimization method is applied to get the optima of work modes and energy distribution in different drive cycles,which gives the compatible control strategy parameters.Simulation results demonstrate that the optimized control strategy parameters allow the engine working in more fuel economy area,improve the fuel economy of HHV.This method can be used for off-line parametric optimization and to shorten the time of controller calibration in the real vehicle.
