放电反应器内气液两相流混合过程的数值模拟

         

摘要

为了研究放电水处理技术中气液两相流的混合状况,对放电反应器内气液两相流混合过程进行了数值模拟,得到最佳气液两相混合条件.通过建立混合模型,在水流速度一定的条件下,在不同的气体流速和不同的出气孔个数的条件下进行了数值模拟计算,得到了不同工况下的YZ中心截面速度分布图,YZ中心截面水体积分数分布图,XY中心截面速度矢量分布图和XY中心截面水体积分数分布图.从总体上看,由于水流量相同,气流总流量和气孔数目决定着气流入口速度.在孔数较少的情况下,气流总流量较小时,掺混较为均匀;随着孔数的增加,气流量也需相应增加才能达到最佳的掺混效果.%The numerical simulation of the mixed state of a two-phase flow in an electric field was carried out. The hybrid model was established and the numerical simulation of different gas flow rates and different numbers of the holes was calculated with a certain water flow rate. The results included the velocity and the water volume fraction distribution of the YZ center section, the velocity vector distribution of the XY center section, and the water volume fraction distribution of the XY center section. In general, due to the same water flow, the total number of the air flow and holes determined the air inlet velocity. In the case of fewer holes, the total air flow was small and the mixture was more uniform. With the increase in the number of holes, the best mixture of the gas flow rate increased.
