船用大功率减速器封闭试验台加载装置

         

摘要

为解决船用大功率减速器传动效率试验台形成封闭功率流的问题,实现在高速转动的转子内部动态施加力矩,提出了一种新型串入式力矩加载装置的设计方案.设计了由永磁直流电机驱动,谐波减速机构和行星轮系串联的两级减速装置,通过轴端集流环对转子内部加载装置提供电能,在加载装置封闭端之间产生大力矩,保证了试验台在高速转动下实现动态加载.以80 000 N·m施载力矩为例,研究了加载装置的反程自锁性和加载装置的能耗问题,并对加载装置进行了动态试验,通过试验结果,确定了加载装置的动态加载理想区域,验证了此加载方法的可行性.%A new type connection torque loading device was proposed for the transmission efficiency test-bed of a high-power marine reducer that can dynamically exert a torque internally on the high-speed rotating rotor. The study solves the problem of forming a closed power flow in the transmission efficiency test-bed. In order to ensure the test-bed dynamically loading in high-speed rotation,the two-stage speed-reducing device was designed,which is consisted of the permanent magnet DC motor drive,harmonic reducer and planetary gear train in series. These parts were designed to produce large torque between the closed loader ends through the collector rings on the shaft,providing electricity to the internal loading devices. With 80000 N?m as an example,the anti-way self-locking characteristics were analyzed along with the energy consumption. Through dynamic testing,the ideally dynamic loading region was defined,verifying the feasibility of the loading method.
