电磁式大功率水下超低频声源研究

         

摘要

The piston type ultra low frequency underwater sound source with electromagnetic excitation was brought in view of problem between radiated power and volume weight. This source had characters in high power and small sizes. The Radiation characteristic in piston type was researched at first and the electricity-magnetism, magnetism-force, force-vibration conversion model was founded. Then the dynamic characteristics of current, excitation force and vibrant displacement were simulated by Matlab/Simulink and electromagnetic finite element analysis software Ansoft. On this basis, the ultra low frequency underwater sound source was designed and produced. The metrical results show that the source level is 186 dB in frequency 73 Hz and the source had excellent ultra low response, steady capability.%针对超低频声源辐射功率与体积、重量间矛盾的问题,提出了一种采用电磁式激励的大功率、小尺寸、活塞式水下超低频声源.从平面活塞辐射特性研究出发,建立电-磁、磁-力、力-振动转换模型,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真模块和电磁有限元仿真软件Ansoft对电磁驱动的动态特性进行了仿真,分析了声源驱动电流、驱动力、振动位移的动态特性.在此基础上,设计和制作了电磁式水下超低频声源.测试表明,电磁式水下超低频声源73 Hz声源级达到186 dB,具有优秀的超低频响应,性能稳定.
