四腿桁架式海上风机基础结构优化设计

         

摘要

针对四腿桁架式海上风机基础结构优化设计问题,建立了一种多准则多参数结构优化策略与方法,辅助四腿桁架式基础型式的设计工作并提高结构优化效率.依据设计经验,采用敏感性分析技术对各设计参数进行分级,并进一步采用逐级搜索策略给出了由各参数组合成的一系列优化方案.依据结构优化理论和相关工程经验,采用多准则控制算法对优化方案进行筛选,给出了最优的结构设计方案.应用该优化策略与方法对我国近海某海域拟建四腿桁架式风电结构进行设计,提高了设计效率,最终得到的结构优化设计方案与经验设计方案相比,材料利用率更高、结构用钢量更少,节省结构用钢量达30%以上.%In the design of the foundation of a four-legged truss-type offshore wind turbine,multiple criteria and pa-rameters were established to assist in designing this type of foundation and to improve efficiency and optimization. Based on technical experience,sensitivity analysis was conducted on the design parameters.Furthermore,a series of optimized design schemes with similar parameters were provided via sequential search strategy.According to the relevant theories of optimization and engineering experience,these design schemes were algorithmically screened by controlling the multiple criteria,and the best design scheme was achieved.Based on this design scheme,optimiza-tion was conducted for the design of a proposed four-legged,truss-type wind turbine structure in an offshore area of China,and the design efficiency was evidently improved.The final structure design scheme showed a higher mate-rial utilization rate and lower steel consumption than the experiential design scheme.Steel consumption for the structure was economized by more than 30%.
