建构地域特色栏目是地方高校学报提高自身知名度和提高竞争力的有效途径，但当前很多地方高校学报的特色栏目建设面临两难的困境。文章以《韩山师范学院学报》的“潮学研究”栏目为例，就地方高校学报特色栏目可持续发展进行探讨。提出特色栏目的创立和定位应使特色性与学术性融为一体，依托优势学科与研究机构进行资源整合，做好作者和读者群的建设，实施问题化与专题化的运作方式，以打造高水平的编辑团队为根本，使特色栏目良性、健康、可持续发展。%The construction of local characteristic columns are the effective ways to improve the visibility and competitiveness of local university journals, but many special columns in the process of construction face a dilemma. The article is to discusses the sustainable development of the regional characteristic columns in the local university journals. The establishment of the columns should combine special characteristics with aca⁃demicnature. The resource integration should rely on advantage disciplines and research institutions, perfect⁃ing the construction of readers and authors. Problems and special topics are to be tackled in special operation. A high level of editorial team is to be built up, making special columns virtuous, healthy and sustainable.
