采用硅烷偶联剂将Fe3O4@SiO2纳米粒子进行表面功能化处理后在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)溶液中均匀分散,将聚氨酯海绵在混合溶液中充分浸润后取出,干燥固化后制得了超疏水海绵.通过红外光谱、透射电镜、扫描电镜、水接触角分析仪等对功能化Fe3O4@SiO2纳米粒子和海绵的疏水性能进行表征和测试,发现海绵疏水性能随着Fe3O4@SiO2粒子含量增加而逐渐增加,当粒子含量增加至50%时,海绵的水接触角达到154°,具有超疏水性,它对不同油和溶剂具有良好的吸附能力,可以用于油水混合物的分离,并具有良好的循环使用性能.%The Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles was functionalized with silane coupling agent and dispersed in the polydimethysiloxane solution.The polyurethane sponge was fully infiltrated into the mixed solution and then removed.After drying and curing, a superhydrophobic sponge was obtained.The hydrophobic properties of the functionalized Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles and sponge were characterized and tested by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and water contact angle analyzer.The results showed that sponge hydrophobicity increased with the increase of Fe3O4@SiO2 particles content.The water contact angle of the sponge reached 154°when the particle content reached up to 50 wt%.The sponge had good adsorption capacity for different oils and solvents,and had good recycling performance and thus could be used in oil-water separation field.
