榄香烯抗肿瘤活性机理及其衍生物活性研究进展

摘要

β-榄香烯(β-Elemene)是从中药温郁金中提取分离的抗肿瘤药物榄香烯乳的主要成分,具有抗瘤谱较广,疗效确切,毒副作用轻微等优点,目前在临床上应用于多种恶性肿瘤的治疗.本文对近几年榄香烯抗肿瘤机理研究进展以及高活性的榄香烯衍生物报道进行综述,并对未来榄香烯抗肿瘤机理的研究思路和方向进行了展望.%β-Elemene is the main component extracted from Curcuma wenyujin in Chinese medicine anticancer drug elemene.With outstanding advantages of broad-spectrum anti-tumor effect,definite curative effect,slight toxic and side effects,it is currently applied to the clinical treatment of a variety of malignant tumors.This review summarizes the research progress of antitumor mechanism of elemene and the reports of elemene derivatives with high activity in recent years,and also the prospect of future research ideas and directions of antitumor mechanism of elemene.
