两种测定水飞蓟胶囊中总黄酮含量方法的比较分析

以芦丁为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法（UV）和高效液相色谱法（HPLC）对利加隆水飞蓟胶囊和GNC水飞蓟胶囊中的总黄酮含量进行分析。结果表明：两种方法可用于测定水飞蓟胶囊中总黄酮含量，简单快速，重现性好。%In this study, we detected total flavonoids in Silymarin capsules manufactured in Lijialong and GNC with UV and HPLC as detection methods and rutin as reference substance. UV and HPLC can both be used for the determination of total flavonoids in Silymarin Capsules with good repeatability. They are simple, fast and can have good accuracy in qualita⁃tive and quantitative analysis.
