桂哌齐特联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度、震动感觉阈值及血清指标的影响

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To analyze the effect of cinepazide combined with mecobalamine on nerve conduction velocity,vi-bration perception threshold and serum indexes in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:a total of 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group (n =45)randomly,control group received mecobalamine treatment alone and observation group accepted the cinepazide com-bined with mecobalamine therapy.Differences in nerve conduction velocity,vibration perception threshold as well as serum oxi-dative stress indexes and nerve injury marker molecules were compared between two groups of patients 2 weeks after treatment. Results:Two weeks after treatment,median nerve,ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve SNCV and MNCV levels of observation group were higher than those of control group while both lower extremities VPT levels were lower than those of control group;serum HCY,AGEs,MDA,NSE,HMGB1 and S100β content of observation group were lower than those of control group while GSH,SOD,MBP and BDNF content were higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Cinepazide combined with mecobalamine can reduce the nerve injury degree,improve nerve conduction and vibration perception and alleviate the oxidative stress degree in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.%目的：：分析桂哌齐特联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度、震动感觉阈值及血清指标的影响。方法：选择在本院接受治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者90例,随机分为观察组及对照组各45例,对照组接受单纯甲钴胺治疗,观察组接受桂哌齐特联合甲钴胺治疗。对比两组治疗2周后神经传导速度、震动感觉阈值及血清氧化应激指标、神经损伤标志分子的差异。结果：治疗2周后,观察组的正中神经、尺神经、腓神经 SNCV、MNCV 水平高于对照组,双下肢 VPT 水平均低于对照组；观察组血清中 HCY、AGEs、MDA、NSE、HMGB1、S100β含量低于对照组,GSH、SOD、MBP、BDNF 含量高于对照组。结论：桂哌齐特联合甲钴胺能够减轻糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经损伤程度、改善神经传导和振动感觉、缓解氧化应激反应的程度。
