2型糖尿病患者血清铁、锌、硒含量检测及其与糖脂代谢的相关性分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清铁、锌、硒含量检测及其与糖脂代谢的相关性.方法:选择在本院初次诊断为2型糖尿病的218例患者作为糖尿病组,同期在重庆市第九人民医院进行体检的健康志愿者100例作为正常对照组.对比两组研究对象血清中微量元素含量以及外周血中糖代谢及脂质代谢指标水平的差异.采用Pearson检验分析2型糖尿病患者血清铁、锌、硒含量检测及其与糖脂代谢的相关性.结果:糖尿病组患者外周血中铁含量高于正常对照组,锌、硒的含量低于正常对照组;外周血中糖代谢指标FPG、HbA1c、C肽的水平均显著高于正常对照组;外周血中脂质代谢指标ApoA1、ApoA2的水平低于正常对照组,ApoB、TC、TG的水平高于正常对照组.Pearson检验发现,2型糖尿病患者血清铁、锌、硒含量与机体糖脂代谢指标的水平直接相关.结论:2型糖尿病患者血清微量元素铁、锌、硒含量异常降低,可间接反映病情严重程度.%Objective:To investigate the serum iron,zinc and selenium contents in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and their correlation with glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods:218 patients who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes melli-tus for the first time in Chongqing Ninth People's Hospital between September 2015 and August 2017 were selected as the dia-betes group,and 100 healthy volunteers who received physical examination in Chongqing Ninth People's Hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group.The differences in the contents of trace elements in serum and the levels of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism indexes in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups.The correlation of serum iron,zinc and selenium contents with glucose lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes was analyzed by Pearson test.Results:Iron content in peripheral blood of diabetes group was higher than that of control group while zinc and selenium contents were lower than those of control group;glucose metabolism indexes FPG,HbA1c and C peptide levels in peripheral blood were significantly higher than those of normal control group;lipid metabolism indexes ApoA1 and ApoA2 levels in pe-ripheral blood were lower than those of normal control group whereas ApoB,TC and TG levels were higher than those of nor-mal control group.Pearson test showed that serum iron,zinc and selenium contents in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were directly correlated with the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes.Conclusion:Serum trace elements iron,zinc and selenium contents are abnormally low in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and can indirectly reflect the severity of the disease.
