某储运发射箱满载吊装响应分析

         

摘要

In order to study the stiffness and strength and the vibration characteristics of a rocket launch canister for storage and transportation in process of hoisting,the full lifting dy-namics finite element model was established with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS based on the practical engineering hoisting conditions and lifting speed.The response of launch canister at full load and steady hoisting conditions was simulated.The results show that the difference between rockets and canister in response to dynamic loads,and the position of lift point caused the deflection and vibration of launch canister when hanging off the ground.Ana-lyzing the deformation and force situation of launch canister in full lifting process,keypoints for potential problems were put forward,which provide a certain of reference for subsequent improvement design.%为了研究某大质量火箭弹储运发射箱在吊装过程中的刚强度及振动情况,参考实际工程吊装工况及起吊速度,利用有限元分析软件 ABAQUS 建立了满载吊装动力学有限元模型,仿真出该储运发射箱在满载起吊与吊装稳态两种工况下的响应情况。计算结果表明,在起吊时,火箭弹与箱体对动载响应的差异、及吊点的位置造成了箱体离地时的偏转、振动;通过分析储运发射箱全吊装过程中变形受力情况,提出储运发射箱在吊装过程中应当注意的问题,为储运发射箱的后续改进设计提供了一定依据。
