基于后坐距离要求的迫榴炮水弹试验装水质量设计研究

         

摘要

The determination of water loading quality in the water-projectile test is the premise of a successful water-projectile test. With mortar-howitzer as the object of study, an analysis was made of the features of the mortar howitzer's structure and the principle of water-projectile test. The design method was put forward of the water quality about gun water-projectile test based on the gun recoil dis-placement,with the fruit fly optimization algorithm applied to determine the mass of water-projectile. Through the verification of the result of the experiment,the design method proves to be feasible,which avoids the difficulties caused by the constant adjustment of the water loading quality and repeated test of the traditional test. The determination of the water loading quality of the water-projectile test pro-vides not only the theoretical grounds for the army to successfully carry out the water-projectile test,but also references for the other new types of gun in the water-projectile test.%水弹试验中装水质量的确定是顺利开展水弹试验的前提.以迫榴炮为研究对象,分析了该炮结构特点和水弹试验方法原理,提出了基于火炮后坐距离要求的水弹试验装水质量设计方法,应用果蝇算法确定了装水质量范围,并以水弹试验结果验证,表明该设计方法是可行的,避免了传统试验装水质量需经不断调整和反复试验带来的诸多困难.该方法考虑了复杂的试验环境,安全性好,为部队开展该炮的水弹试验提供科学依据,也为其他火炮装水质量确定提供参考.
