新型工业化与生态和谐发展法律问题研究

摘要

After the developed countries in the West have experienced the process of ＂ pollution first and treatment later＂ in their industrialization, the strategy of sustainable development has been accepted as a common approach by all the people in the world. Being a developing country, China has consciously taken this model for its development. This article discusses the significance of sustainable development for the new industrialization and the ecological protection, summarizes the legislative status of China in this area, and points out the important roles of the laws and regulations in promoting the new industrialization and ecological protection. Based on this, the article points out that legal system should be enhanced for the new industrialization and ecological protection.%在西方发达国家经历了先污染、后治理的工业化道路之后，可持续发展道路已经成为全人类共同选择的发展方式，我国作为发展中国家，应当将可持续发展作为自觉的选择。现论述新型工业化道路和生态保护的可持续发展意义，总结了我国这方面的立法状况，指出法律法规的在推进新型工业化和生态保护方面的重大作用。基于此必须增强新型工业化和生态保护的法律制度供给。
