贵州省中学生时间管理倾向研究

     

摘要

This research is to test the difference of time management tendency in Guizhou middle school students for difference gender, academic record, family upbringing and so on, with the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale (short name: TMD) , which was compiled by Mr Xiting Huang. The results show that: (1) the boys are slightly better than girls, but without significant gender differences for the time value feeling, time self-efficacy and time monitoring feeling. (2) For the time value feeling, the top students, good students and the normal students are significantly higher than the poor students. For the time value feeling, time monitoring feeling and the scores of time management tendency, the top students, good students are significantly higher than normal students & poor students. (3) For the time value feeling, time self-efficacy, time monitoring feeling and the scores of time management tendency, the students with great teacher attentions and students with more teacher attentions are significantly higher than the students with general teacher attentions and the students without any teacher attentions; The student cadres are significantly higher than the normal students; the democratic way of family nurture students are significantly higher than laissez-faire family upbringing students and authoritarian family upbringing students.%以贵州省在校中学生为研究对象,以《青少年时间管理倾向量表》为研究工具,探讨贵州省中学生在不同性别、不同学习成绩类型、不同家庭教养方式等方面上的时间管理倾向差异。结果表明:贵州省中学生在时间价值感、时间效能感、时间监控感上,男生略好于女生,但不存在显著性别差异;在时间价值感上,学习成绩优秀、良好和一般的学生显著高于学习成绩较差的学生;在时间效能感、时间监控感和时间管理倾向总分上,学习成绩优秀和良好的学生,显著高于学习成绩一般和较差的学生;在时间价值感、时间效能感、时间监控感和时间管理倾向总分上,教师非常重视、比较重视的学生显著高于教师一般重视和不重视的学生,学生干部显著高于非学生干部,民主型家庭教养方式的学生显著高于放任型和专制型家庭教养方式的学生。
