金属罐消解-ICP—OES法直接测定土壤中的Ba的研究

摘要

This method used canister-digestion to dissolve the compounds, then determined the content of barium（Ba） in the soil by ICP-OES method. Compared with National first level soil reference materials, the detection value agreed well with standard values, the detection limit of Ba was 0. 01mg/L, RSD （relative standard deviation）was 0. 80% -2.7% ,the recovery rate was 98% - 104%.%采用金属罐消解法进行溶解，以ICP-OES法测定土壤中Ba的含量。经国家一级土壤标准物质样品测定验证，结果与标准值吻合，测得Ba的方法检出限为0．01mg／L，相对标准偏差为0．80％-2．7％，回收率为98％～104％。
