细胞培养的关键就是无菌,不能让细胞在培养过程中受到感染,导致细胞培养的失败。通过实验研究了不同的室内空气消毒方法,并对比了它们的灭菌效果,最后选择了一种最好的灭菌方法。%the key of cell culture is sterile,the cells weren＇t be infected in the culturing process,leading to cell culture failure.The experiment study different methods of indoor air disinfection,and compare their sterilizing effect,finally,choose one of the best method of sterilization.
