体育活动对改善留守儿童心理健康水平的研究

     

摘要

采用症状自评量表(SCI-90),对整群随机抽样和目的性随机抽样的10所贵州农村地区中小学及2所贵阳市中小学在校学习的700名“留守儿童”,进行体育活动与心理健康水平之间的研究.结果表明:留守儿童在SCL-90量表中,分值均显著地高于全国常模(P<0.01,P<0.001),心理健康状况较差;留守儿童的心理健康水平未随着留守儿童年龄的递增呈现积极优化的趋势;体育活动对留守儿童人格形成,社会化发展,情绪的改善,自我认知和人际交往方面都有积极良好的促进作用,能显著改善留守儿童的心理健康水平.%The research adopted the self-assessment lists of symptom (SCI - 90) to study the group who are cluster random sampling and purposeful sampling random from " left-behind children" 700 people . All of them are from the middle school and primary school students in 10 schools of rural areas in Guizhou and 2 schools in Guiyang city. Its purpose is studying the relation between sports activities and psychological health. The result shows that; The left-behind children in the SCL - 90 scale, whose scores were significantly higher than the national norm (P<0.01,P<0.001). The status of psychological health is poor. With the increase of the age, the mental health level of left-behind children doesn' t present decreasing trend. The sports activities can improve left-behind children personality' s formation and socialization development. It also has the improvement of the emotion. It has positive promoting effect on cognition and interpersonal aspects. It can improve left-behind children mental health level.
