高校高水平运动队运作现状的研究分析

摘要

运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑推理法,从招生管理、学训矛盾、经费来源等方面对高校高水平运动队现状进行分析。主要研究结果如下：高校高水平运动队组建以＂为国家培养高水平体育人才＂为目标,但实际操作中却出现了诸多与目标背离的做法;招生制度不完善、严重的学训矛盾以及基础设施的不完善制约了高校运动队的发展;高校运动队缺乏高素质、高水平的教练员团队。%With literature review,interview,logical reasoning,an analysis is presented on the present condition of high-level collegial sports teams on the aspects of enrolment management,learning and training conflicts,and sources of funding.Results indicate that： 1.Though ＂training high-lever athlete talents for the country＂ is the goal of the establishment of high-level collegial sports teams,much has been deviated from the goal in practice.2.Imperfect Enrolment system,serious conflict of learning and training and inadequate infrastructure impede the development of collegial sports teams.3.Collegial sports teams lack qualified coach team.
