河南省城市居民家庭体育现状调查研究

摘要

With literature material, questionnaire survey, interview and mathematical statistics, the paper inves- tigates the family sports condition, the participation motive, the behavioral pattern, the expense condition and the influencing factors to the participation of the city people in family sports. The result indicates that： many urban families do not have the consciousness and habits to participate the physical training; they mainly take part in some easy items with simple site facilities; most of them go the free fitness places; the sports expense consciousness is quite weak and consumption pattern is primarily material expense. So no interests, no time and lack of sports location and equipment and so on are the main reasons for the urban families not participating in the sports. The paper puts forward some practical and feasible suggestions in dealing with the present difficulties.%运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等研究方法，对河南省城市居民开展家庭体育状况、参与动机、行为方式、消费状况以及影响河南雀城市居民参加家庭体育的因素等现状进行调查。根据具体现象分析，可知影响河南省城市家庭不参加体育锻炼的因素主要因素是对体育没有兴趣、没有时间、和缺乏体育场地器材等，并针对这些现状提出了建议。
