影响当前高校图书馆文献资源建设三大客观因素分析研究

摘要

资金短缺、文献资源招标采购制度缺失以及资源繁杂且良莠不齐是影响当前高校图书馆文献资源建设的客观因素。只有深入分析研究影响当前高校图书馆文献资源建设的种种因素,才能尊重和把握文献资源建设的规律,促进高校图书馆馆藏结构更趋科学合理。%Short of fund, the lack of literature resources procurement system, the complexity and disorder of resources are the objective factors affecting library literature resources construction. Only by thoroughly analyzing vari- ous factors affecting library literature resources construction can we respect and make use of its laws to promote a more scientific and reasonable library eoUection structure in colleges and universities.
