农村土地流转过程中存在的问题及其对策——以贵州省毕节地区为调查对象

The circulation of rural land is not only the land problem and the problem of agriculture, but also a social problem, economic problems and political issues. In the current market economy The issues, such as how to make full use of rural land resources, give full play to the role of idle land, ensure farmland does not decrease at the same time, ensure the need of construction land, advance land to be on the move smoothly, should be solved urgently. This article aims to investigate, study and analyze the circulation of rural land in Bijie Area of Guizhou province, and tries to find out problems of the Current rural land in the process of management rights transfer, and offer constructive countermeas-%在市场经济快速发展的今天，需要充分利用农村土地资源，确保农村耕地数量上不减少的同时，充分挖掘闲置农村土地资源的价值。本文通过对贵州毕节地区部分地区农村土地流转进行实地调查、研究，并加以分析，找出农村土地经营权流转过程中的突出问题，并针对这些问题提出对策和建议。
