To count drug types and drug using frequency in 1113 prescriptions given inpatients,outpatients and emergency patients with stomach diseases by doctors in county hospitals for one year through the primary level hospital clinical data based on BI analysis system and its method.And to analyze the characteristics of herbs used in the treatment of stomachache and commonly used herbs.Compared with traditional analysis method and literature research,the analysis results accord with the clinical practice,so the drug use characteristics were concluted as following:ascending the qi of spleen and descending the qi of stomach,while relieving Qi stagnancy in liver and promoting digestion and expelling dampness.Commonly used compatible herbs are summarized as:radix bupleuri is used with radix paeoniae alba,hoveniadulcis with magnolia bark,wrinkled gianthyssop with eupatorium fortune,the divine comedy with malt,cinnamon with dried ginger,yanhusuowith sichuan and fruit.%通过基层中医院临床数据,利用BI分析系统及其方法,对罗江县等中医院医师1年门诊、住院和急诊病例资料中胃痛病1113张处方用药种类、用药频次进行挖掘,分析其在治疗胃痛中的用药特点及常用药物.对照传统分析方法和文献研究,该分析结果与临床实际基本吻合,并依此得出其用药特点为:调理脾胃升降为主,同时兼顾疏肝理气、消食化湿.总结其常用对药柴胡配白芍,枳壳配厚朴,藿香配佩兰,神曲配麦芽,肉桂配干姜,延胡索配川楝子等用药规律.
