PFOA和 PFOS对青海弧菌Q67的毒性作用评估

         

摘要

以淡水发光菌———青海弧菌(Vibrio qinghaiensis sp.-Q67)为检测生物,应用VeritasTM微板光度计分别测定了全氟辛酸(PFOA)和全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)对Q67的毒性效应。结果表明:全氟辛酸为典型的S型剂量-效应关系,利用Weibull非线性函数进行曲线模拟,模拟函数可以有效估计化合物的半抑制毒性效应值EC50。全氟辛烷磺酸对Q67的毒性为非单调的U 型剂量-效应关系,运用最优权重理论和三次曲线回归方法,通过SPSS统计软件对剂量-效应曲线进行拟合,得到其三次回归曲线方程。结果表明:在浓度介于(5.031E-4)~(7.133E-3)mol/L ,全氟辛烷磺酸对Q67毒性效应为自稳态区域,表现为Q67的发光强度增强,即在低浓度作用条件下,PFOA对Q67的毒性表现为抑制作用,而PFOS则表现为刺激兴奋作用。%In freshwater luminescent bacteria (Vibrioqinghaiensis sp.-Q67)for biological detection,the inhibi-tion toxicity of perfluorinated octylic acid (PFOA)and perfluorinated octane sulfonic acid (PFOS)to Q67 was tested by VeritasTM photometer.In Weibull nonlinear function curve simulation,the dose-response relationship of PFOA in Q67 was typical S-type curve.The simulation function can effectively estimate semi-inhibition effect value (EC50 )of compounds.The inhibition curve of perfluorooctane sulfonate in Q67 was non-monotonic U-type curve.The dose-response curve was finished by the optimal weight curve theory and three regression curve e-quation with SPSS statistical software.The results show that the toxicity effect of PFOS on the Q67 has a low-dose stimulating effect when the concentration was between 5.031E-4 mol/L and 7.133E-3 mol/L.There is homeostasis region,and the luminescence intensity of Q67 is enhanced.The study shows that under the condi-tion of low concentration effect,PFOA toxicity of Q67 characterizes inhibition,whereas PFOS performs stimula-tive effect.
