基于生物质发酵的硫化氢浓度检测系统

     

摘要

针对分析化学法检测气体成分存在无法连续测定和现场测定的缺陷,设计了一种利用三电极电化学传感器作为气敏元件的实时检测方案检测生物质发酵沼气中的硫化氢浓度。方案以 MSP430F169单片机为核心,借助电化学传感器对硫化氢浓度信息进行采集、处理、显示和传输。系统达到了实际检测的精度需求,且测量具有高度的可重复性和线性度。此外,系统采用了中位值滤波和温度补偿算法,提高了系统的稳定性。%The gas composition can not be measured continuously and locally by using analytical chemistry method,a real-time testing system is designed to detect the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the fermentative biogas by using 3-lead elec-trochemical cell as gas sensitive element.Using microcomputer MSP430F169 as the core,the system processes the concen-tration of hydrogen sulfide ranged from signal transmission,acquisition,processing to display.The detecting precision is a-chieved and high degree of repeatability and linearity is also possessed.In addition,the system stability is improved by using the median filter algorithm and temperature compensation algorithm.
