职业生涯发展视角下旅游院校青年教师职业道德建设的思考

摘要

随着教师专业化认识的不断深入和教师生命意识的不断觉醒,师德研究越来越受到国内外学者的关注。目前,旅游院校青年教师群体已经成为旅游院校生存与发展的生力军和中坚力量,关注旅游院校青年教师师德的建设对旅游教育未来的发展有着重要的意义。从教师职业生涯发展角度出发,结合青年教师自身道德成长与发展的特点,提出了旅游院校青年教师职业道德建设的五条对策。%As the development of recognition of professional teachers and the understanding of life consciousness,the scholars are increasingly concerned about the professional ethics of the young teachers.Currently,young teachers are gradually become the mainstay for the survival and development of tourism academy.For this reason,it is of highly importance to focus on the cultivation of professional ethics,which makes great sense for the future development of Tourism Education.This thesis gives five solutions for the cultivation of professional ethics,which are based on the career design theory and young teachers＇ personal development.
