网络技术主体及其价值负载略论

摘要

In light of subjects of cyber technology, their technology-loaded values include utilitarian values and ethical values . The value anomie of the subjects has its represenation in the mere pursuit of utilitarian values and deliberate ignorance of ethicalvalues. Therefore, full play should be given to technology-loaded values of the subjetcs of cyber technology by means of ethical guidance, law restriction, industry regulation and continual socialization . To this end, the nomalization and systematic construction concerning the cybet society can be achieved.%网络技术主体的价值负载包括效用价值和伦理价值两部分.网络技术主体的价值失范,表现为对效用价值的单一追求而对伦理价值的忽略及淡漠.因此,对网络技术主体的伦理引导、法律约束、行业规范以及继续社会化等,使网络技术主体的价值负载得到合理充分的发挥,从而有效地促进网络社会的规范化和有序建设.
