The problems in the mobility management of secondary vocational school students’ internship, need to be solved. Whether the solution is appropriate relates to the protection of students’rights and social harmony and stability. The paper explores the ways of the mobility management of the students’ internship in secondary vocational schools.%中等职业学校实施“2+1”办学模式中出现的顶岗实习流动性管理问题，是中等职业教育亟需解决的问题之一。解决路径是否得当，关系到学生权益保护和社会的和谐稳定。文章探究符合中等职业学校学生顶岗实习流动性管理路径的问题。
