推拿结合中药熏洗及功能锻炼治疗髌骨外侧高压综合征的临床观察

摘要

[目的]观察结合推拿、中药熏洗及功能锻炼等综合保守手段对髌骨外侧高压综合征的治疗效果.[方法]对27例髌骨外侧高压综合征患者给予推拿、中药熏洗及功能锻炼治疗.分别在治疗前和治疗10d、20 d、30 d后,观察患者治疗前后膝关节改良Lysholm功能评分的变化情况.[结果](1)治疗10d、20 d、30 d后,患者的Lysholm评分逐渐升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01). (2)治疗10d、20 d、30 d后,患者的优良率分别为51.9％、63.0％、74.1％,不同治疗时间优良率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]结合推拿、中药熏洗及功能锻炼等综合保守手段治疗髌骨外侧高压综合征有良好疗效.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of massage and herbal fumigation-washing therapy plus function exercise for the treatment of lateral patellar compression syndrome.Methods A total of 27 cases of lateral patellar compression syndrome were treated with massage and herbal fumigation-washing therapy combined with function exercise.The results were evaluated according to the modified Lysholm scale rating system before treatment,and 10,20,30 days after the treatment.Results The Lysholm scores were increased gradually with the prolongation of treatment period (P＜0.01 compared with those before treatment).The excellent rate was 51.9％ 10 days after treatment,63.0％ 20 days after treatment,and 74.1％ 30 days after treatment,the difference being significant at different time points (P＜0.05).Conclusion Massage and herbal fumigation-washing therapy plus function exercise therapy show certain effect for the treatment of lateral patellar compression syndrome.
