基于可拓学的城市交通可持续发展水平综合评价

简要介绍了可拓学的研究领域和理念，指出它是一门专门探讨矛盾转化的科学．为缓解城市交通矛盾，提出了基于可拓学的城市交通可持续发展水平评价方法，构建指标体系，建立了物元可拓模型，并以昆明为例，将该模型用于实证分析，判定了昆明城市交通可持续发展水平的等级并指出其可能发展趋势，由此提出预警．实例分析表明该方法在城市交通可持续发展评价中的有效性和实用性．%The paper briefly introduces the research field and conception of extension method which is a kind of scientific method and discusses how to transform contradiction. In order to alleviate the urban traffic contradiction, the paper constructs indexes system, proposes a matter-element and extension evaluative model on the basis of extenics. Take Kunming for example, the paper applies the model to the demonstration, which gets the grading of urban traffic sustainable development about Kunming and the trend. Demonstration shows that the method is effective and practical in the evaluation of urban traffic sustainable development
