适应广州产业结构升级的食品类专业群建设研究——以广州城市职业学院为例

摘要

In order to improve the quality of the construction of specialty clusters on food major of Guangzhou City Polytechnic, some problems are discussed on food major based on the upgrading of Industry of Guangzhou. Problems such as the core major, the direction and content of the construction of specialty clusters, principles and methods are analyzed and inducted in this paper. Solutions are also suggested, in the hope that a reference could be provided for the construction of specialty clusters in higher vocational education.%为提高高职院校食品类专业群建设的质量，探讨了适应广州产业结构调整升级的食品类专业群建设措施。针对专业群发展建设的方向与内涵，专业群建设的原则与方法等问题，进行了研究和归纳。
