保卫粤剧名街 拯救西关文化——论广州恩宁路骑楼历史街区的复兴规划

针对以粤剧文化为标志的广州恩宁路骑楼历史街区，“大拆大建”的行为与保护复兴的呼声，进行了6年博弈。面对即将到来的破土施工阶段，“名城理论”、“规划原理”、“保护法则”似乎显得软弱无力。许多“其言也哀”的文章，能否唤醒良知，取得“哀兵可胜”的结果？%An argument of whether to pull down the old building and build new apartments or to protect the revival of historical sotto portico has been on for more than 6 years in the historical sotto portico street of Enning Road,which is known for its Guangzhou Opera. Theories such as ＂Famous City＂, ＂Planning＂ and ＂Protection＂ are a little under voiced in front of the oncoming demolishing and building phase. Experts and scholars have written lots of articles to present the importance of protecting the street which is famous for Guangzhou Opera. But could this appeal struggle to its success and make people realize they are not doing the right things in the end？
