具有降解NO功能的多孔水泥混凝土路面材料研究

     

摘要

为研究表面涂覆 TiO2涂料的多孔水泥混凝土 NO 降解效果和抗滑性能变化规律,按350、400、450、500 g/m2用量分别在普通水泥混凝土和3种多孔水泥混凝土试件表层喷涂纳米TiO2涂料,并在室内测试了不同条件下试件的NO降解效果以及抗滑性能。试验结果表明:与普通水泥混凝土相比,多孔水泥混凝土表层能够负载更多有效TiO2涂料,有利于NO降解;在表面受到磨损时,多孔水泥混凝土表面TiO2涂料损失相对较少,并能在磨损条件下保持较好的降解效果;多孔水泥混凝土表面抗滑性能随TiO2涂料涂覆量增加下降很少。综合考虑强度、不同条件下NO降解效果以及抗滑性衰减,适于涂覆TiO2的多孔水泥混凝土集料粒径宜在4.75~13.2 mm。%In order to study the NO degradation and skid resistance of porous concretes overlaid with TiO2 coating,Nano-TiO2 photo catalytic degradation coating of 350 g/m2 , 400 g/m2 , 450 g/m2 and 500 g/m2 was sprayed onto the surface of ordinary concrete and 3 kinds of porous concretes, respec-tively. Laboratory experiments were conducted to study the NO degradation and skid resistance un-der different conditions. The results showed that in contrast with ordinary concrete, the surface of porous concrete can carry TiO2 coating more effectively, which benefits the NO degradation; that TiO2 coating on the porous concrete has a higher wear resistance and can maintain better degradation efficiency after wear;that the skid resistance of porous concrete decreases little with the increase of TiO2 coating. Considering the strength, NO degradation under different conditions and skid resist-ance attenuations, the aggregate particle size of porous concrete should be within 4. 75~ 13. 2 mm.
