对建设农村大社区的再解释和再应用--以广西北洞源村农村社区化建设为例

摘要

Rural community is the social area community where the farmers live. By taking village Beidongyuan as a case,we investigate the situation of rural community construction in Guangxi,and then give re-explanations as follows:rural community is a carrier to provide public service;rural community carries the mission of culture modernization in the rural area;the construction of rural community helps to enhance the sense of value. Furthermore we believe that,the key to the construction of rural community lies in the reconstruction of the public service supply system,the difficulty is to find new construction fund source,and the ultimate goal is the equalization of basic public service in urban and rural areas.%　　农村大社区是农民居住生活的社会区域共同体。我们采用个案分析方法，对广西北洞源村大社区的建设进行实地调研，进而对农村大社区的建设进行了再解释：农村大社区是提供农村公共服务的载体，农村大社区承载着农村文化现代化建设的使命，建设农村大社区有助于农村价值感增强。同时认为：农村大社区建设的重点在于农村公共服务供给体系的重构，难点在于其建设资金来源创新，建设农村大社区的最终目标是实现城乡基本公共服务均等化。
