关于演化经济学RIS分析方法的哲学改进

摘要

Due to the defects of philosophical tools of revolutionary economics,the existing RIS method is short of dynamic analysis and lacks of description of diversity,variability and uncertainty of regional econo-my. The paper thus based its research on the dialectical materialism and the theories of yi Ching and pro-posed enhancement to RIS analysis by constructing a 6-facet system diagram for economic renovation and making 64 inference models. It puts forth hypothesis of evolution of economic innovation system in e-conomies in transition combining with the 30-year experience of our country’s reform and opening up. The author hopes that this hypothesis can remedy the defects of the RIS method,and arouse the interests in the philosophical foundation and invite further studies in this field.%由于演化经济学的哲学分析工具问题，现有RIS分析缺乏动态分析，对区域经济创新发展的多样性、变化性、不确定性等特征阐述不足，因此其应用性存在很大的局限性。论文以辩证唯物主义哲学、《周易》思维为基础对RIS分析方法进行改进，构造六层面经济创新系统图，推演六十四种模型，结合中国开放改革三十多年经验建立转轨经济国家经济创新系统演化路径的假说，希冀这种动态演化假说能弥补现有RIS分析的不足，并希望能引起学界对演化经济学哲学基础关注与研究。
