高职高专饭店英语教学的探讨

摘要

饭店英语教学只有将丰富多彩的课堂教学与实践教学完美相结合,方能为快速崛起的旅游业培养出集英语、实践能力、管理、综合素质于一体的复合型人才。分析高职院校学生英语学习情况与饭店英语教学现状。从学情分析、教学模式、教学方法等方面探讨《饭店英语》课程的教学改进。%The perfect combination of class teaching and practice teaching can cultivate interdisciplinary talents with English,practice ability,administration and integrated quality for the rising tourism industry.This paper discusses the teaching improvement for the teaching status of Hotel English from students' situation,teaching modes and teaching methods.
