学分制背景下高校学生管理对策浅析

Higher education in the 21st century has a significant feature of human personality, ful y mobilizes people’s enthusiasm and initiative, and maximizes human potential, to cultivate the spirit of innovation and practical ability, which is the only way to adapt to economic globalization of tal-ent requirements. In this situation, a kind of education reform as a guide to teaching reform as the core principle of individualized teaching management system- the credit system comes into being. This paper attempts to chal enge and respond to the chal enges brought by these new teaching manage-ment concepts in order to better serve the growth of contemporary col ege students.%21世纪高等教育的一个显著特点是从人的个性出发，充分调动人的积极性和主动性，最大限度地发掘人的潜能，培养人的创新精神和实践能力，只有这样才能适应经济全球化对人才的要求。正是在这一形势下，一种以教育改革为先导，以教学改革为核心，以因材施教为原则的教学管理制度--学分制应运而生。对这种全新的教学管理理念给高校学生管理工作带来的挑战以及应对的挑战策略进行分析，以求更好地为当代大学生的成长服务。
