血清S1OOB、MBP、NSE水平在恶性肿瘤脑转移中的诊断价值

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum S 100B,neuronspecific enolase (NSE)and myelin basic protein (MBP)levels for malignant tumors with brain metastases.Methods:88 patients with malignant tumor were divided into metastases group (38 cases)and non-metastases group (50 cases)according to whether brain metastases occurred.50 healthy subjects were enrolled as a control group.The levels of S100B,MBP and NSE in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of S 100B,MBP and NSE levels for diagnosis of brain metastases.Results:The levels of S 100B,MBP and NSE in patients with brain metastasis were significantly higher than those without metastasis and healthy controls (P< 0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of S 100B,MBP and NSE in the diagnosis of cancer with brain metastasis were > 80%,and AUC > 0.7.Conclusion:The levels of S 100B,MBP and NSE in serum were reliable marker for diagnosis of brain metastases in patients with malignant tumors.%目的:探讨血清S100B、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平对恶性肿瘤脑转移的预测价值.方法:选取2014年9月至2016年9月在广西医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤内科和广西宾阳县人民医院肿瘤科接受治疗的88例恶性肿瘤患者,根据是否发生脑转移分为转移组(38例)和未转移组(50例).另选取同期在本院行健康体检的50例健康志愿者作为对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测3组血清中S100B、MBP、NSE水平,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估S100B、MBP、NSE蛋白用于诊断恶性肿瘤脑转移的价值.结果:转移组患者血清S100B、MBP、NSE水平均明显高于未转移组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).血清S100B、MBP、NSE用于诊断恶性肿瘤脑转移的灵敏度和特异度均大于80.0%,AUC均大于0.800.结论:血清S100B、MBP、NSE可作为恶性肿瘤脑转移的可靠标志物.
