对新农保制度运行现状的调查分析——基于对团风和宜都地区的调查

摘要

在《国务院关于开展新型农村社会养老保险试点的指导意见》政策的引导下,各地积极开展新农保制度的试点工作。基于武汉大学社会保障中心2011年对团风和宜都地区的调查,运用stata软件,了解农村居民参加新农保的原因,新农保制度的推广手段和途径,农村居民对新农保服务的满意度,新农保对农村居民家庭的影响,在此基础上对新农保制度的实施效果做出评估,对新农保制度的实施前景做出预测。%With the guidance of the policy——《the state council＇s guide about the practice of new rural social endowment insurance》,the local government take the policy into active practice.Based on the survey of tuan-feng and yi-du areas by social security center of Wuhan university,and use the stata software,we want to know the reasons why the farmers are inclined to take part in the new rural social endowment insurance,the means and approaches how the policy spread,the satisfaction of the rural residents about the service of new rural social endowment insurance,the effect of the new rural social endowment insurance on the rural residents＇ family and the family members.And on the point,make some estimation about the factual effect,and make some predictions about the new rural social endowment insurance.
