虚拟现实在炼化设备操作培训中的应用研究

         

摘要

Many production equipment of petrcx:hemical industry has the characteristic of continuous operation, high pressure, high tempe.ra- ture, inflammable risk and explosive risk. And the equipment is expensive. So conducting operation of training and assessment on the spot must influence the normal production and increase the difficulty, risk and cost of the training. And for this rea~n, it is of great importance to conduct corresponding virtual operation training under the insurance of the safety, full load, long- tema, stable and high quality opera- tion of the equipment. This paper summarized the virtual reality, tile method of selecting key equipment and the method of" eunstructing op- eration attributes library, parts medel library, basic information base and the final component library. At last, a design scheme of construct- ing virtual operation system of refinery equipment is proposed, which use a kind of desktop virtual reality system as its design model and based on the network communication of the teacher machine/lemning machine.%石油化工行业多数生产装置具有连续作业、高压、高热、易燃易爆且设备昂贵等特点,在生产装置上实地进行关键设备的操作培训与考核,势必影响正常生产,增加培训的难度、风险和培训成本。因此,在保证生产装置安(全)、满(负荷)、长(期)、稳(定)、优(质)运行的情况下,积极地开展有针对性的虚拟化操作培训显得尤为重要。文章对虚拟现实技术进行了概述,讨论了从诸多炼化设备中筛选关键设备并构建操作属性库、部件模型库、基础信息库及最终组成设备库的处理方法,最终提出一种以桌面式虚拟现实系统为设计模型、以教师机/学习机网络通讯为基础的构建炼化设备虚拟操作培训系统的设计方案。
