抗战时期的广东省紧急救侨委员会

摘要

During the Anti-Japan War ,due to the Japanese occupation of Southeast Asia and the persecution of overseas Chinese ,a large number of overseas Chinese including many students were forced to repatriate .Guangdong provincial government under the leadership of the national government established the Guangdong Overseas Chinese Emergent Rescue Committee ,which rescued millions of Returned Overseas Chinese ,and achieved good results .Its establishment and rescue activities suggested the government’s changes in outlooks on Overseas Chinese affairs as well as on rescue ,and were highlights of modern government functions .%在抗战时期，因日军对东南亚地区的占领以及对华侨的迫害，大批华侨被迫返国，国内侨生、侨眷也因侨汇中断导致生计艰难。广东省政府在国民政府的领导下成立了广东省紧急救侨委员会，展开了对归国华侨的救助，取得了良好的效果。救侨会的成立及其活动表明了国民政府侨务观与救济观的转变，是现代政府职能的凸显。
