第二单体对丙烯酸酯共聚物增粘能力的试验研究

         

摘要

Poly (methyl ) acrylate or the copolymer of higher acrylic ester and other monomers is a kind of excellent multi -effect additive of pour point ,viscosity and improving the viscosity index .The copolymer of dedecyl acrylate and second monomer A has good adhesive effect . It was studied that dedecyl acrylate copolymerized with second monomer A or B in solution by uniform polymerization tests ,the copolymer was added into base oil of lubricating oil at 1 wt % ,and the viscosity of blending oil was determined .We investigated the viscosity effect of the copolymer synthesized by dedecyl acrylate and second monomer A or B on base oil of lubricating oil by exploring specific viscosity , viscosity temperature index Q and viscosity index VI .%聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸高级酯与其它一些单体的共聚物是一类优良的降凝、增粘和提高粘度指数的多效添加剂。丙烯酸十二酯的均聚物或共聚物应对润滑油也有较好的增粘作用。丙烯酸十二酯与第二单体 A和B的共聚反应采用溶液聚合方法进行。用均匀试验法对丙烯酸十二酯与第二单体 A和B分别进行聚合试验,将聚合物以1%的添加量加入到润滑油基础油中,对调合油的粘度进行测定,以增比粘度、粘温指数 Q和粘度指数VI为考察目标,探讨丙烯酸十二酯与第二单体 A和B共聚物对润滑油基础油的增粘能力。
