轻质溶剂油吸附脱硫的试验研究

         

摘要

轻质溶剂油使用广泛,对其硫含量的要求日益苛刻.常规加氢精制难以达到将硫质量浓度降低至10mg/L以下,因此开发溶剂油吸附深度脱硫技术势在必行.吸附脱硫试验研究表明:用于常温吸附脱除轻质溶剂油的吸附剂中,AG-2吸附剂脱硫率较高,脱后硫的残余量较低;AG-2吸附剂静态使用较佳条件为,活化温度350℃、活化时间3.0h、剂油比1:20、吸附时间72h;按较佳条件进行吸附试验,AG-2吸附剂可以将硫质量浓度为326.7mg/L的轻质溶剂油脱除到132mg/L(脱硫率59.71%),也可以将硫质量浓度为22.4mg/L的轻质溶剂油脱除到9.842mg/L(脱硫率56.06%),满足了许多溶剂油规定硫质量浓度≤10mg/L的新要求.%Solvent oil is one of the five major categories of petroleum products.The sulfur content requirement of light solvent oil is increas-ingly severe because of light solvent oil being widely used.Development of solvent oil adsorption desulfurization technology is imperative since it is difficult to reduce sulfur content to 10mg/L by conventional hydro-desulfurization.Adsorption desulfurization test research draws the following conclusions.For the adsorption of light solvent oil at room temperature,the removal rate of AG-2 is higher,and the residual amount of sulfur is lower.AG-2 adsorbent is used for light oil desulfurization,and the better condition is that the activation temperature is 350 ℃,the activation time is 3.0 h,the adsorbent/oil(mass) ratio is 1:20 and the adsorption time is 72 h.According to the optimum condition of adsorption test,the AG-2 adsorbent can remove sulfur from the of 326.7 mg/L to the 132 mg/L (desulfurization rate 59. 71%) for the high sulfur content light solvent oil.it can especially remove sulfur from the of 22.4 mg/L to the 9.842 mg/L (desulfurization rate 56.06%) for the less sulfur content light solvent oil,and the new requirement(sulfur content≤10 mg/L)is meted for many kind of sol-vent oil.
