高校推进新入职青年教师成长的策略思考

     

摘要

青年教师已经成为高校教师队伍的主力军,他们的健康成长是高校可持续发展的重要保证。为推进新入职青年教师成长,缩短入职适应期,高校可采取提高新教师准入门槛、加强职前培训、恢复助教制度、增加实践锻炼机会、发挥督导作用及营造乐教善教环境等具体措施。%Young teachers have been the main force in the universities.The progresses of them are the reassure of the sustainable development of the universities.To promote the novice young teachers,we can take the following steps,such as raising the requirement of the employees;strengthening the training before they undertake the duty;resuming the system of assistant;increasing the chances of practice;giving full scope to the supervisor and constructing the environment of being happy to teach and able to teach.
