氢分子离子量子点能级的量子尺寸效应

         

摘要

Calculate quantum size effects on Hydrogen molecular ion quantum dot energy level with B- spline technology. The calculated results show: when R is small, Hydrogen molecular ion energy levels decrease quickly with R increasing, quantum size effects on Hydrogen molecular ion energy levels are clear; when R becomes larger, Hydrogen molecular ion Energy levels decrease slowly with R increasing, quantum size effects on Hydrogen molecular ion energy levels are not clear; when R is small, the curves D/R rise quickly; when R becomes larger, the curves E1 D/R rise slowly; when m=0, the energy levels are sensitive to D/R, when ml, the energy levels are not sensitive to D/R.%用B样条技术计算氢分子离子量子点能级的量子尺寸效应.计算结果显示:当R较小时,能级随R的增加快速下降,量子尺寸效应明显.当R较大时,能级变化速度变缓,量子尺寸效应减弱.当R较小时,E1——D/R曲线上升快;当R较大时,E1——D/R曲线上升变慢.当m=0时,能级对D/R的变化很敏感.当m≥1时,m越大,能量对D/R的变化越不敏感.
