全纳教育对残疾人远程教育的意义及实践探索——以广东省的实践为例

摘要

全纳教育理念的核心观念包含了人权观、平等观、民主观、价值观、教育观等。全纳教育尤其关注残疾人教育问题,主张残疾人应具有与正常人平等的教育权权利,对现行的把普通学校与特殊学校相隔离的做法提出批评,主张所有学生都应有机会进入普通学校接受教育。以此理念为指导,广东省率先开展残疾人网络远程教育,并由华南师范大学网络教育学院承担全国首个＂学习无障碍行动＂项目。实践表明,要在残疾人远程教育中贯彻全纳教育理念,教学、管理人员的知识准备、教学方式、公共设施等方面还需进一步提高改善。%The core concept of Inclusive Education contains many aspects,such as human rights,equality,democracy,values,education,etc.Inclusive Education especially focuses on education for disabled,and propounds that every one should have the same right to be educated.The program of distance education for disabled was firstly started by Distance Education College of South China Normal University at Guangdong Province in China.In fact,the conditions for distance disabled education,such as teaching mode,public facilities,knowledge preparation for teaching and administration staff,should be farther improved.
