勿让信息技术遮蔽数学教师教学基本功

摘要

无论教育发展到什么程度，教师的教学基本功都是关乎教学质量的基础与保障。多媒体设备为教学提供了诸多帮助，但传统教学模式中使用的黑板是不容忽视的展示数学教师基本功的主阵地。教师作为通过人与人之间的互动才能达成知识传授目的的职业，其基本功不能被网络技术、信息技术和多媒体设备所取代。高度重视数学教师基本功对教师的专业成长、对学生成长的引领作用，是数学教改不容忽视的重要课题。%The basic teaching skills of teachers are foundation and guarantee for sound teaching quality,no matter how advanced the education is.The multimedia provides lots of help for teaching,but the traditional blackboards still represent the key element in education where teachers could show their teaching skills.The teachers pass on knowledge via the interaction between people and their basic skills could not be replaced by the internet technology, information technology and multimedia.It is an important issue in math education to attach importance to improving the basic skills for teachers,which are essential for advancement of both teachers and students.
