电站锅炉过热器管对接焊缝中异常组织分析

摘要

针对电站锅炉过热器管对接焊缝中出现的黑色异常组织，采用金相分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜和能谱分析等技术手段对其进行分析，确定黑色组织成分及其对焊缝金属性能的影响。%In the light of black abnormal structure in the butt weld line of boiler superheater tube,some technical means are used to analyze this structure, such as metallographic analysis, mechanical property testing, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The black organization composition has been determined, and its effect on the performance of the weld metal is analyzed.
