水利工程控制网络与自动化系统设计探讨--以汕头市东部城市经济带综合开发项目为例

         

摘要

为适应广东省水利项目自动化技术的需求和发展,根据汕头市东部城市经济带项目的自身特点及国家和广东省有关标准,建设本工程水利信息及自动化监控系统。系统可完成三个片区泵站及闸门运行工况、堤围及泵站视频信息的采集和集中处理,实现管理中心远方控制、监视等功能,减少防汛值班人员的工作量,为各级防汛部门及时、准确、全面、有效地掌握三片区排涝站及闸门相关信息提供可靠的依据。就此阐述工程的设备配置、组网方式、控制方式及网络结构,并就主要问题进行探讨。%In order to adapt to the needs and the development of automation technology in the water conservancy project in Guangdong Province, the water conservancy information and automation system of this project has been designed according to the characteristics of this water conservancy and relevant standards of the state and Guangdong Province. This system can complete collection and centralized processing on operating condition of pumping station and the gate operation status in three areas as well as the embankment and the pumping station video information. It can also achieve remote control, monitoring and other functions in management center, reducing the workload of operators on duty and providing a reliable basis for the flood control departments to get the relevant information of flood drainage and gate in three areas timely, accurately and entirely. This article mainly gives a brief introduction of equipment configuration, network mode, control mode and network structure of this project and ends with a summary.
