Due to the limits of sampling condition, remolded soil is used in many geotechnical tests. But the quality of the remolded soil samples is always changing with its preparation technique, equipment and operation level of participants, which results in its physic and mechanic parameter random and that’s will have a great influence on the further research and engineering design. Therefore, this study adopts an automatic bi-directional instrument to preparation soil samples in contrast with the traditional method. Through a large number of triaxial tests, it is proved that the new method of automatic bi-directional instrument is easier to operate, and its samples’ quality is better than that of traditional man-made method.%受取样条件限制,许多土工试验只能在重塑土的基础上展开。而重塑土样制备时的成样质量,往往受制样工艺、设备及试验者的操作水平等影响,从而造成了其物理、力学参数具有较大的随机性、偶然性,对相关试验研究、工程设计有着较大的影响。基于此,采用自动双向击实的制样方式,对重塑土的制备技术进行研究。在通过大量三轴试样比较,采用新型方式制备重塑样时制作工艺简单、操作方便,成样质量也明显优于传统的人工分层击实制样法。
